Is revenge worth dying for?
Have you ever felt the need to get revenge such as Ahab?

Revenge, is a waste of time.Revenge i believe is never very good and it usually makes you do things that you will regret. So no, i don't think revenge is worth dying for. But it is a way for some poeple to cope with what happened. And I've wanted to get revenge before but i never did because i got over it and i let what happen go.
I don't think revenge is dying for. I think that once something is over, it's OVER and people should have enough common sense to forgive and forget. Although with a family member or other loved one's death, revenge may be the easiest way to relieve oneself of pentup anger, frustration and grief. However, I feel like part of living is learning to accept the things that have happened in your life, including the things that have not been in your favor, and use them as life lessons instead of opportunities to force your anger on someone else through revenge.
Revenge is definitely not worth dying for. Dying because someone pissed you off isn't a good way to end your life. People should focus more on being happy and less on getting even.
I think people try to get revenge just so they can cope with the situation they are in, and try to get over what happend to them. I definetly do no think it is something for dying for though. Everyone at some point in their life will want to get revenge, but it really is a waste of time because it will only end up huring you and making the situation worse.
I think revenge is worth dying for depending on the situation. A small scale thing, obviously does not warrant any revenge that would risk death, but a serious attack does deserve revenge. Such an attack as something like 9/11 or Pearl Harbor warrants immediate vicious revenge, worth risking others lives for the revenge process.
I agree with Allie; revenge is never worth dying for. Also, what Joe said about 9/11 and Pearl Harbor does not apply to the concept of revenge. With 9/11 especially, it was common knowledge that the terrorist organizations were not going to stop at one attack. We had to make the decision to take out any further threat. While some people turned it into a war of revenge, it truly was just trying to prevent any future attacks.
Revenge is not worth dying for. I think it is not useful at all to revenge on anyone. All someone does is make the situation worse when they try and take revenge on someone. Many people feel that once they get revenge on someone for something htey did to them, the situation will be resolved and htey will feel a lot better with themselves. I think if I sought revenge and did it, that I would feel like a lesser of a person.
I have felt like gettin revenge on someone, but never acted upon it. I think it is a waste of time and nothing would be settled.
I do not think that revenge is worth dying for in any situation. Revenge is something weak people try to do to make them feel better about something that happened to them. Seeking revenge shows that you have just sunken to a lower level. If you die for revenge, you have brought death upon yourself by being immature.
For question one, I only believe revenge is worth dying for under certain circumstances, like if someone I felt close to was hurt or killed I think I would try to avenge them with any means possible. If its for other people, I believe revenge may be an alright type of thing.
